This weekend was remarkably full of emotions, experiences, and tranformations. I spent time with my daughter, my lover, and my friends. I had great conversations and magical reunions, encountered both bliss and pain and challenged myself to look deep at my intentions. And then I threw down and danced my energy out for long enough to find my ecstacy in my poi at Cherry Beach. I'm tired. And mostly happy. Tonight I'll dance again at Toronto Ecstatic Dance and set an intention for a change that's coming. Thank you to the beautiful people who shared space with me. Sometimes something normal for one person is extraordinary to another. I never take many photos. Too busy experiencing. #Toronto #Summer #PSKensington #PromiseCherryBeach
