“Great day for a walk around Toronto and to enjoy Pedestrian Sundays in Kensington Market” – Labyrinth – Kensington Avenue

This is the Labyrinth I painted last month, during the July 2019 Pedestrian Sunday in Kensington Market.

I decided NOT to repaint it this month.

Instead focused on repainting the Labyrinths at the north end of Augusta Avenue.

Perhaps I’ll refresh this in September 2019 . . .

Somewhat North of Graffiti Alley… – Labyrinth – Augusta Avenue – Kensington Market – Downtown Toronto

I’ve never accepted that my painted Labyrinths are Graffiti nor even Murals.

They stand apart.

They are their own thing.

They are interactive, you can walk through my Street Labyrinths.

Yet they are also visual, you can enjoy looking at them or looking at people walking them.

“Walking With Intention❤️🙏” – Ambleside Park Labyrinth – Ambleside Beach – West Vancouver

I made this Labyrinth, originally it was a different design.

Happy to see it’s still there and still appreciated . . .

Walking With Intention❤️🙏 . . This is a stone Labyrinth that is at Ambleside Beach. It is a simple one yet very powerful. Labyrinths are sacred geometries that can help you to shift and transcend. Here’s how they work…… . . Before entering you set your intention of what you desire. It could be to feel more peace in your life, let go of a situation that’s bothering you, be grateful, get a new job. The list is endless. It’s whatever you want to work on.❤️ . . You focus on your intention as you walk thru the labyrinth, paying close attention to your thoughts and feelings! Letting them go as you walk. Keep focusing on your intention until you get into the middle. Relax there for as long as you wish to❤️ . . Now it’s time to walk back out. As you are walking notice your thoughts and feelings🌹. These are keys🌟🌟🌟 . . I always feel lighter, freer and just happier.🙏 Labyrinths are all over – this one is at Ambleside Beach on the north shore in Vancouver. Check them out – there surely will be one in your city. ❤️🙏 . #labryinth #shifting #sacred #lettinggo #intention #freer #lighter #soul #spiritual #sacredspace #nature

“❔” – Labyrinth – Kensington Avenue – Kensington Market – Downtown Toronto

Outer lanes of the pass-through Labyrinth I painted on Kensington Avenue by Fitzroy Terrace in Kensington Market, Downtown Toronto during the July 2019 Pedestrian Sunday.

In the top left of this image, looking closely, you can just make out the upside down Heart in the Centre of the Labyrinth.

The painted Yellow line is the curb signifying a no-parking zone.

It was Shamez’s request/suggestion that I paint at least one Labyrinth exactly here.

That way, no cars should ever be parked atop this Street Labyrinth.

The Labyrinth should remain walkable 24 / 7 !

This photograph confirms Shamez was correct . . .

🔥 Full video in my profile . 📹:@_dot.avi 💃@mixtoffical . It's not about what you think, it's about what you do! Overthinking can only stop you doing something incredible but not lead you to success. I was reluctant to dance again because I was afraid of receiving negative opinions and comparison with others. But now I am glad that I decided to participate in this project so that I realized how joyful I was even I stopped doing it for a while:) THANK YOU everyone who participated in the project, without you guys I can't have a chance to enjoy dancing this much! #itzy #dalladalla #kpopinpublic #yuna #dancers #dancecover #kpopdancecover #jyp #vancouver #vancity #mixt #mixtdance

Cyclist Blur – Labyrinth – Augusta Avenue – Kensington Market – Downtown Toronto

This is the Labyrinth at the north end of Augusta Avenue in Kensington Market that I painted and then re-painted during the past two Pedestrian Sundays.

Despite weeks and weeks of vehicular traffic, the colour, design, and motifs have remained intact.

If I am out there again next Pedestrian Sunday on August 25 2019, I may refresh it with some new colours . . .
